We are a group of people who have have been selected to work with others on a sometimes difficult path in life.
As much as we would like to say we chose this career, it really chose us.
We all share one common goal – to help others become the best versions of themselves.
With that we believe the foundation to change lies in self-acceptance. Once we have the ability to tolerate and love ourselves, our inner worlds change and that changes how we experience the world.
We get it. It can be scary to confront different emotions, to share your story, to relive some of the pain. If you’re comfortable where you are then by all means stay there. If you’re not we invite you to explore what life can be like when you learn to:
