We currently offer three different types of bi-weekly support groups. These groups are designed to provide a safe and nurturing environment where you can explore your experiences, gain valuable insights, and receive support from others who understand your journey.

Joining a group can be exciting and it can also feel intimidating. You will not be required to share and you can share when you’re ready. We also offer a place where you can share anonymously so there is no pressure.

The Following Groups Are Available Tuesdays at 6:00 pm EST

1. Empowerment: The Power of Positive Thinking

Join our Empowerment group to explore the transformative power of positive thinking. This group is designed to help you shift your mindset, cultivate resilience, and unlock your full potential. Together, we will harness the strength of positive thoughts to create a more fulfilling and empowered life.

2. Narcissistic Abuse Recovery

Our Narcissistic Abuse Recovery group offers a safe and supportive environment for those healing from the effects of narcissistic relationships. Through shared experiences and guided discussions, we will work on rebuilding self-esteem, setting healthy boundaries, and regaining control over your life. We discuss both narcissistic parents and partners. 

3. Dealing with Divorce

Navigate the complexities of divorce with our  Dealing with Divorce support group. This group provides a compassionate space to process your emotions, share your experiences, and find practical strategies for moving forward. Together, we will help you rebuild and embrace a new chapter in your life.
