Hey There!

I’m Cheryl, National Board Certified Counselor + Mind Body Advocate

I could not have imagined the impact a dream could make. I wasn’t born into opportunity, but I figured out how to create it through mindset shifts and internal self work.

In my journey, I’ve had the honor of collaborating with some of the most insightful souls on Earth. Alongside co-therapists who are equally passionate about ushering in transformative healing globally, we unite with a singular purpose: to inspire and catalyze profound change, one soul at a time.

My Journey

My Career Path Wasn’t Easy at all...

My path has been anything but straightforward. From the challenges of early motherhood to moments without a home, life taught me to embrace an unapologetically authentic stance with myself. I grappled with crippling anxiety, but it was in the depths of my struggles that I uncovered what had been absent: true self-awareness. It was through unwavering self-accountability, candid introspection, and, most importantly, nurturing self-love, that I found transformation.

‘‘My journey to becoming a therapist with a no bullshit approach, strong boundaries and compassion wasn’t easy but possible. It’s always possible to heal and become who we are meant to be.’’

Fun Facts About Me...

As a licensed psychotherapist with expertise in mind-body medicine, trauma, anxiety, and relationships, I provide a multifaceted approach to healing and growth. Embracing a holistic lens, I deeply evaluate every dimension of an individual’s journey, ensuring that our therapeutic path addresses the complete spectrum of their well-being and aspirations.

Incorporating the dimensions of physical, emotional, and spiritual health, alongside considerations of one’s environment and relationships, I adopt an integrative therapeutic approach. Drawing from my extensive background in mind-body medicine, mindfulness, and yoga, I utilize evidence-based strategies tailored to your specific needs. Each therapeutic intervention is meticulously designed, reflecting a deep understanding of your unique context, to offer the most effective and personalized guidance.

I became so passionate about the benefits of these practices that I decided to become a Therapist and Mind-Body Advocate to help others find the same sense of balance and well-being that I had found.
